By using Photo2STL, you confirm that you are legally permitted to submit the selected image and accept responsibility for both the image and every generated file you download or use.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, regulatory, and other rights connected to your input and output. You are also responsible for how a generated STL is printed, manufactured, shared, sold, or otherwise used.

No professional or manufacturing assurance

Generated geometry may be inaccurate, incomplete, distorted, non-manifold, unsafe, or unsuitable for a particular printer or purpose. Photo2STL does not guarantee printability, dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, intellectual-property clearance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Inspect and validate every file before relying on it.

Availability

Generation is subject to rewarded-ad availability, anti-abuse checks, queue capacity, hardware availability, and temporary limits. A generation may fail or expire. The service may change or be discontinued.

Ownership

Photo2STL does not claim ownership of your uploaded image. Your rights in an output depend on applicable law and the rights attached to the source material. You are responsible for determining whether you may use the output.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and without warranties. Melvin Global LLC is not responsible for losses arising from an input, generated file, failed generation, printing process, manufactured item, or third-party use.
