Users must own or have permission to use every submitted image. Photo2STL does not grant permission to copy a protected character, product, sculpture, photograph, logo, or other work.

Copyright concerns

A rights holder may contact Melvin Global LLC with a clear description of the work, the allegedly infringing use, contact information, and a good-faith statement of authority. Because Photo2STL does not provide a public gallery or retained model library, content may already have expired before a notice is received.

Model attribution

Image-to-3D generation is powered by the MIT-licensed VAST-AI TripoSG project. Photo2STL preserves the applicable TripoSG software notice in its distribution.
